Currently there are nine directors whose actions are guided by the organization's Bylaws, a legal document that sets the rules for how it must conduct business.  Directors serve two-year terms, which cease or are renewed at the annual meeting in March of every year.

ISMRD is always interested in strengthening its Board in order that it can be most effective in conducting its mission to be advocates for children and families affected by Oligosaccharide Storage Diseases.  If you, or someone you know, would like to know more about our Board or possibly serving as a Director, please contact the President.
