Conference document downloads :

1. Conference Brochure: this colorful document details highlights of the conference, including the tentative schedule of events, information about the venue and directions.
2. Conference Registration: this form is applicable to all participants and registers you for all activities.
3. Childcare Information Sheet: for families whose children will be participating in our structured youth program, this form tells us a little about each child.
4. Childcare Waiver: this form is required of all who will be participating in the youth program.
5. Family Conference Agenda: schedule of events for Friday's family meetings.
