Getting There

Rockville and Washington , D.C. are served by three major airports:
Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) , Reagan National and Dulles International .

The Doubletree Hotel can be reached from these airports in the following ways:

Shuttle Service: Super Shuttle is the primary shuttle service provider for the three main airports. To obtain current rates and schedules please call them at 800-258-3826 or visit their specific airport websites: BWI | Dulles and Reagan . You can also make an online reservation for a shuttle to the hotel from your airport of arrival.

Taxi: Taxicabs are easily accessible from each airport. The average cost of cab fare to Rockville is as follows:

- Reagan National: US $35-$45
- Dulles International: US $45-$55
- BWI: US $55-$65

Rail: Area rapid transit systems service Dulles and Reagan airports and enable an alternate means of traveling to the hotel. Keep in mind, however, that you will have to hand carry any luggage you bring with you and change trains at least once! From both Dulles and Reagan rail service is provided by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's Metro. However, from Dulles you need to take the Washington Flyer Bus to the West Falls Church station where you can board the trains.

Rail service from BWI is not recommended, as there are too many changes to be made.

Rental Cars: A wide selection of rental cars is available at each airport from a number on national Rental Car Agencies. Alternately, you can visit the websites of these major Rental Agencies for prices and selection at each airport: Alamo, Avis, Budget , Dollar , Enterprise , Hertz , National or Thrifty . Driving Directions

From Central Pennsylvania - Take I-270 South toward Washington . About 2 Miles before reaching the Washington Beltway get local lanes at Falls Road and follow to Montrose Road Exit #4A East. Continue for 1.7 miles to Route 355, Rockville Pike. Turn left on 355 and continue .6 miles to the hotel on the right.

From North New York, Philadelphia and East Maryland - Take I-95(New Jersey Turnpike) south toward Washington Beltway I-495 West/Silver Spring. Follow I-495 (right lane) to Silver Springs. Follow I-495 (Beltway), continue to Exit #34, Rockville Pike (Route 355), turn north and go 3 miles to the hotel on the right.

From West and South Maryland - Take route appropriate from your location toward Washington Beltway (I-495/I-95). Take I-270 Spur off Beltway 3 miles into Maryland . After 1.7 miles move to right6 hand local lanes and exit first exit #4A East, Montrose Road , continue on Montrose for 1.6 miles to route 355, Rockville Pike. Turn left onto 355 and continue .6 miles to hotel on the right.
